Automated email template triage in Python. Raw .eml in, list of rendering, encoding, and link problems out — before anyone opens the source by hand.
Toronto · Enterprise marketing automation
but everyone calls me BOON
Customer Success Manager for enterprise brands — the one who takes "the campaign is broken" and comes back with the exact line of Jinja2 that broke it, a fix, and a tool so it never happens again.
I manage enterprise accounts on MoEngage — big retail and loyalty programs running email, push, and SMS at scale. On paper that's relationship management. In practice it's use-case solutioning, API architecture, campaign debugging, and translating between what marketers want and what platforms actually do.
Enterprise marketing platforms are powerful, quirky, and full of undocumented edges. I know where the edges are, because I've hit most of them, fixed them, and written the fix down. My playbooks turn one 6-hour debugging session into everyone's 10-minute lookup.
And when a problem keeps coming back, I don't keep fixing it — I build a tool that fixes it for me.

Side project
Marketing template-language converter for platform migrations. AMPscript in, working Jinja2 out. Because nobody should hand-port 400 templates.
Side project
Toronto's dog-friendly outings, mapped and rated. Lead QA engineer: Barney, golden-hearted and extremely thorough.
Side projects
Debt payoff planner, travel companion app, AI lottery picker — small sharp tools for real life, all collected on the lab site.
Every project lives on its own corner of ashlall.com — my personal lab for turning everyday friction into weekend builds. Off the clock: snooker (rebuilding my technique from the stance up), long walks with Barney, and the occasional over-engineered spreadsheet.
